• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance of the order.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where payment has been made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our returns process.
• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines mandated by your bank or payment provider.
• Products damaged in transit or found defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty

Enzolt products are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on the respective product page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or improper installation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Enzolt Energy Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the product purchased.
